Efforts are made to ensure that there are no gaps during this activity and scoping is done perfectly. Many customers adopt agile approach and we frame our module as per that requirement. A requirement assessment is captured through various modes like interaction, onsite visits and presentations.

• Documentation Support – Processes run an organization. To implement and assess any process, effective documentation is very crucial. Complianzee helps in achieving the same through formulation, review and enhancement. It ensures that documents are in a presentable format to meet the desired pre-requisites of implementation and audit activities of any certification.

• Pre-certification assessments – They are meant to ensure the adequate readiness of the customers and conducted through offline and online mode. These assessments are limited in not only determining the status of readiness but closing the identified gaps with recommendations. Strong focus on dashboards and review meetings is there to ensure continuous monitoring and benchmarking.

• Trainings-Complianzee also develops customized training modules and presentations for its customers. Onsite trainings are also conducted on request.
